I bought the face peel in London after a hard sell and a pushy and aggressive sales tactic by the employee. And as such was coerced into the sale just to get out the shop. After a walk around London I decided I would go for a refund which I was denied even though I had just bought it so I thought I might as well use it since I have it turns out it burnt my skin. I have contacted the company waiting for a response as I would like my money back for the pain I have gone through! 1 year later- I have messaged back and forth for nearly a year and nothing has come of it this is one of the biggest scams going. I will be considering getting a class action lawsuit against them.

Normally, I do not review but I thought I should warn others. Tresor Rare lures you in and scams you. They use aggressive sale tactics to make the price look good. As I was taken into the store in Kansas, I felt attacked and pressured to buy $400 facial peel that is definitely not worth the price despite them lowering the price to under $100 to get you to buy. I was not able to distinguish how the ingredients used to make the products actually help you. While you may see a difference in the store, it does not last. They will try to lure you in with "free gifts" added onto the expensive price. Since I am young and inexperienced with scammers, I was not brave enough to reject them and ended up paying a ridiculous amount for the facial peel that is also NONRETURNABLE! Terrible customer service, will not listen and insist there is nothing the can do to return it even if it has been only 3 hours and the product is unused and not even taken out of the bag. Steer clear of any store with this name!

I purchased Tresor Rare products from L'Amour in Lexington, KY. After using the skin care products I had an allergic reaction. I had hard lumps under my skin and I developed large, clogged pores all over my face. I contacted my dermatologist and was given a prescription. However, my skin has not improved. I am very disappointed that Tresor Rare does not stand behind its products. I contacted both L'Amour and Premier North America, Inc.(Tresor Rare) and received no response from the store or the company.

BEWARE - the reps will tell you how great their products are and how they’re made with such wonderful ingredients; once you purchase, you’re stuck with them - whether you are happy or not!! You can get products that are just as good for half the price!!

I bought the eye serum and eye defining ageless concentrate in March 2020 and spent about $400.00 the ageless concentrate bottle is still gull but the serum is empty i used it maybe 10 times went to use it lastnight thought it was clogged at the tip or dried up so i stuck a pin in the hole and that was not the issue it was empty so needless to say i was pissed was told it should last about a year and being in quarantine haven't gone anywhere in 4 months i havnt used it was i given a sample bottle that was used up or what is the deal ? I lived the product when i used it but now what will they do to make it right signed Rebecca Renner from Ks. was bought at Oak park Mall in O.P Kansas please reply to what can i do for them to make it right?

I have been working with Stephanie at Tresor Rare. She has been very helpful in refilling my products each time I work with her. She is polite, knowledgeable, and very quick to get products to me. I truly value customer service and hope to continue working with her.

I guess I’m mostly mad at myself. I could tell they were trained in some terrible “treat customers like prey” program but it just feels gross. Everyone was so smooth and so nice but so tricky and ultimately they got their prey. The thing is they might be decent products but the whole experience is ruined by the gross tactics. Makes me think it’s not going to work at all. Especially because the “magic” eye cream that I could be a “model for” started pealing brown that very night. I know I’ve been scammed but it hurts even more now. Shame on all of you for taking advantage of people at a time like this and shame on me for falling for it. Even if I sell everything “thrown in” and the Perfectio X wand I was additionally sold on I’m still out $1,000 and I’m just passing the con on at that point. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE THE “FREE” SAMPLE.
