I bought this product on a whim while on vacation in Maui. Turns out I loved it! Tried to order it from Amazon and it was a nightmare. Never received product. Just ordered from the source but have not received it yet. Hope this does not turn into another nightmare! Best facial peel I have ever used!

I was so amazed by the customer service specilist,Chelsie De Decker. I am a new customer to Tresor Rare and was a little confused on how to use the products I purchased. She was so professional and knowledgeable about all the products and how to use them most effectively. She made me feel so comfortable in asking my questions and willing to help in anyway. I believe she is the perfect customer service representative for Tresor Rare. I would definitely recommend your company for service as Chelsea proved.

This cleanser is very soft and foamy. I have oily/combination skin, and it leaves my skin super soft and clean, without drying it out, and alterting the pH level. This would also be ideal for normal to dry skin types. If you are VERY dry, I would recommend their cream cleanser. I am an esthetician, so I have tried many brands. This is a great cleanser.

I would like to give my personal and very satisfied feedback on the experience that I had with TRUSTPILOT and TRESOR RARE. A few weeks ago I made a complaint in regards to a promise made by a sales person of tresor-rare, the experience left me a bad image of this particular brand, because I was expecting to receive extra products after I made my purchase in one of the stores in NYC. As soon as I posted my complaint, Chelsie took it very seriously with a very positive and outstanding sense of customer satisfaction. I told her that I was promised to received some extra products at my home in Colombia, but the sales person did not comply and was ignoring my messages and emails for over a couple of weeks. Chelsie felt my frustration and was able to meet my expectations, I received the products last week and I got an email making sure that all the products were the ones I was waiting for. Made my first purchase at a store/salon in Hawaii and got home to find out I received one incorrect product. Contacted customer service and in days, I had my correct product. LOVE the products and noticeable difference in my skin in only a few weeks. Top Notch Customer Service. Can't go wrong with Tresor Rare!

I have very dry skin ,, since I been using , creams and scrub!!!! Wow what a differce !!! My skin is so soft and less dry

Ive been in contact for weeks with customer service regarding my item i purchased. The packaging was a disgrace and the item was in such state you'd never have though that i payed hundreds for it. I requested a refund and customer service said that they would send me free postal in 1-2 days. STILL now there is no sign of it. If this won't get solved I'll be taking it further!!!
