They are a basement outfit. It is unbelievable how they respond to you. They have no concept of customer service. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and now "John" is calling and leaving messages on my cellphone that they are going to send it to private collections and contact Experian! What a joke. I still don't have what I ordered even though I paid for 5-10 day shipping. Its been 2 weeks. So much for my grandchild's bday gift! If it comes, I don't expect quality as others have said how cheap and even broken their products have arrived. This circus needs to be shut down!!!!!

Horrible customer service was asked by the representative why did I keep calling and also the representative lied and said he spoke with my mom and she said she didn't know me then changed to the number was incorrect! Never do business with this company! They should hire people who care about people.....

So so afraid I may never get my gas boat for my son who has cancer and requested only this one thing for Christmas! He will be devastated and so will I. Trendtimes has no contact number and emails are quite generic. I spent every last dime I had to buy this item $500....so praying it comes 😐😣

Ordered products and paid through the nose for 3 day shipping. Never received the products, never heard from customer support, no number to call to talk to someone (answering service only for new victims). DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I order a lot of products online from various vendors, but I should have researched this scam site before making my first purchase, then I would have saved myself from aggravation. I placed an order for an item from their website, but unbeknownst to me was that the picture they had posted was not the item I thought I was buying, so of course what I received was completely different from what I was expecting. In the course of emailing them, a person named "Samantha" made it sound as if it was my mistake, but they would be happy to exchange the item for what I thought I ordered as long as I paid the return shipping cost and shipping for the correct item (shipping wasn't cheap, item is heavy). What kind of business forces their customers to pay for a mistake made by the business? They will NEVER receive another penny from me and I will do my best to make sure no one else makes the same mistake of doing business with this poor excuse for a business.

I never received my product, never even got a tracking number as promised. The customer service people told me many stories and upgraded my shipping to two day air so it would arrive before Christmas (it was ordered on Dec 1st!), but it never came. Now they won't even respond to my inquiries for the last ten days..... unbelievable. There are many other sites that sell indentical products to theirs. Don't risk losing all your money to save a couple of dollars like I did with these bandits!
