TrendtimesReviews of trendtimes.com

Endless fees are charged hidden under their basic terms & conditions!! Almost daily deducted from your bank account. Second time around... They sent me a package that a small outstanding fee. I thought it was for a package I was expecting for something I ordered from elsewhere, obviously. Now I am a member AGAIN of their stupid costly company where I will never ever buy anything from ever!! Do not open anything with regards to this company It's Trendtime!!

Trendtimes is the worst merchant I've been buying something. I purchased a very expensive item from them and it's not even a year and the electronic car is not working properly. Contacted them and submitted e-mails several times and no response as of yet and no one answers our phone calls. I don't recommend any body to purchase from them. Very irresponsible and very expensive items for the quality. No costumer service.

DON'T DO IT, CAR HAD SMOKE COMING OUT, SUPER DANGEROUS, HAD WIRES REPLACED 4 TIMES AND THEY STILL BURN OUT, I WOULD NEVER PUT MY CHILD INTO A SMOKING CAR EITHER IF THE WIRES WERE REPLACED OR NOT. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SUED AND TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING ON AMAZON, MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY !

Grandsons loved it until it quit. Then the company fell off the planet. Only returned one email to tell us “fix it yourself”. Even under warranty. Will try to find something from a more competent company hopefully American made. Don’t waste your money on these. And really don’t break the kids heart when it lasts maybe six months like ours.

Give 0 stars if I could. Bought son a jeep on November 19 2019 . Charged up for Christmas gave it to him and in March the wires melted under hood. Sent replacement jeep after email and 3 days on customer service. April 10 2020 jeep will not move in forward. Called several times funny how if you press 1 the sales people answer but if u his customer service nothing but leave a message after 5 minutes of waiting. Ask for a supervisor yeah good luck

We recently ordered one of their top of the line jeeps for Christmas for our grandson. Upon arrival everything appeared to be fine. After two weeks of using this jeep, the tires started to come apart and we realized it was not the item that we paid $1,000 for but a lesser quality one. We have contacted the company multiple times to no avail. We have been hung up on and they are unwilling to resolve this issue. Their customer service is horrible. We were told by one representative that in fact, we were shipped the wrong item. After over a week dealing with them, I have given up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would NEVER buy anything from them again.

Worst experience that I have had in years. Fake advertising. The car was suppose to be for a 6 years old and my 4 year old barely fits in the car. Called customer service and they keep telling me that somebody is going to call to solve the issue. They want a restocking fee after they they were suppose to solve me the problem. That was suppose to be the Christmas gift for my son. Today is January 13th and I am still dealing with them.

Don't waste your money!!! Expensive!!! Poor Description! Shipping took almost a month!!!!!
