If I could give a lower review I would. Terrible service, excuse after excuse. I ordered this product for Christmas 3 months ago and still don't have it. I received 1 out of 13 pieces of this product. With that in mind, the product was so much less than I expected. I thought it was an ornament not a hanging piece of one dimensional cheapness. Not to mention the numbers were even backwards.

Hi Lisa, As we mentioned in the latest email, your order was shipped in 2 separate parcels. As per the Canada Post update, both parcels were delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox relatively on Jan 5 and Jan 10. Please check carefully in/at your mailbox or ask your family, your neighbors if someone helped you to receive it. If you still cannot find it, please consider calling your local post office to ask for further assistance.
