The service was great through Trendspersonalized. They stayed in touch even though the order was delayed and kept us up to date on everything. The Chefs hat I ordered was as shown in the add and the personalization was exact however the quality of the hat is somewhat in question. After spending approximately $30 for the cap it was below expectation. For that amount of money I expected something high quality like a low profile Colosseum cap. This product, while it does indeed look nice, is very cheaply made and appears to be a Dollar General Store type of value. I'll keep it but feel it wouldnt last long with everyday use.. Would I do business again with Trendspersonalized? Absolutely 💯 they are awesome people to work with but I would seriously consider maybe another style of cap they may offer.

Oh boy! Don't order a larger shirt than normal because it will swim on you. I normally wear XL but most clothing bought online from Asia or USA is too small. So l ordered 3XL. It arrived without a label of any sort - no size, no type of material or even washing instructions. Honestly I could fit 2 of me in it & it comes to below my knees. They say it is a 3XL but who would wear one this long let alone this wide. I have been offered a 30% discount on my next purchase as compensation. I might add that l shared their ad on 14 of my Facebook Groups. I will now have to let them all know not to buy. Most reputable companies are willing to exchange or refund even if the mistake was made by the purchaser. Also good honest companies have labels on their items. To me anything like this without a label is a second & would not be sent out to a customer. Never mind, l will donate it along with other clothing to the flood victims in Queensland & New South Wales.
