Poor policies and delayed communication
There is no way to cancel an order with this company. Although their website list them in Florida. They are actually based in China. Customer service email is the only measure of contact and the response time lags a bit. I ordered almost a week ago and just received shipping confirmation after requesting to cancel the order. Overall, I would not recommend this company. Many of the items they sell are available with quick shipping on numerous other sites including Amazon. Do not waste time or money. Instead be sure to patronize a company who is honest and customer focused. The company seems legit, just less than transparent as the name of the company and the name listed on bank statement do not match. “Holiday Shipping” was a complete lie.
