Service was prompt and item arrived as described. The only thing I didn’t get was a tracking number when the item shipped. Otherwise the experience ordering was great. I would definitely order from them again.

Gosh, we're sorry. Our system usually sends shipping notices as soon as they go out. I'm not sure why yours didn't arrive. Maybe your spam folder? But 4 out of 5 ain't bad, according to Meat Loaf...kinda.

Shirts were great! Everything I’ve gotten fromthe Federation has been great quality. one star less was just because the shipment was in two parts, and no information on the rest of my shipment was given- an update on the remainder of the shipment would be helpful.
