Trek BicycleReviews of trekbikes.com

despite a bit of a grey area surrounding a warranty claim on a madone isospeed, as a good will gesture trek replaced the frame of my madone, Matt has been a star and im back on the road on my fave bike.

Bought a great bike from Trek.

I purchased a Townie 7D (electric bike) from a Trek corporate owned store in Jacksonville Beach, FL. I bought Trek for my kids and now it was my turn...just decades later. I had the most incredible and patient sales person Tom. He was patient with me trying different bikes and when I purchased one that turned out not to work out, I was able to return it and purchased another. He again was so patient in doing whatever he had to do to make sure I was 100% happy. They bike has performed amazingly well and easy. It is allowing me to enjoy the great feeling of riding once again. I also purchased a bike rack and can take the bike with me, if riding is an option. I love my new bike, the exercise I get from it and the great service I have received from this store. Everything I purchased from helmets, lights, bike rack, clothing, pump, etc. has performed top notch.

Live chat is awesome! I have been speaking to Stephen a lot recently about bearing kits for my bike. he has been really helpful and fast responding.

We’ve visited the Bracknell branch on a few occasions recently. Staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel very welcome. Can’t recommend them enough! (And the prices were very reasonable too)

Trek social ride…. Fantatisk tur og arrangement🚴‍♂️💨🤙 skal 100% deltage igen. Dbh. Mikael

Trek Bikes Bicester. What a great operation. They serviced my non-trek bike, took huge effort to find a missing wheel part and provided very useful advice. Thanks to all, especially Ben. All others for unfailing friendly and cheerful attitude.

Fik super service i butikken på Strandvejen, da der skulle pustes lidt liv i min gamle Trek GF Saywer :)
