waovv... I have had issues converting my tubular wheels to tubeless so I have ordered new set of wheels considering I might have got them damaged but the new ones had the same issue so I decided to call the customer service and waov.... Never had such a great after sale customer service experience since last few years. Tam S. has really been a great help from the first moment and I think this should be recognised.

I want to give a review of the trek bike Store in Vero beach FL - they are awesome! I just purchased My first new bike in 27 years, and they were awesome! The manager Keith was amazing - managed to get in all the supplies I needed for that bike and the particular bike carrier that worked for my car! I highly recommend this store!

I had a persistence problem with a trek mountain bike I purchased from a retailer. I was quite perturbed and perplexed by the whole matter. So I decided to go straight to the manufacturer Trek. I spoke to a Gentleman by the name of Tam who patiently and compassionately listened to my complaint. Then he diligently worked upon my case which resulted in a full refund for me, within 24 hours. I can't thank you enough👏 10 out of 10 for customer service😁 Cheers, Tam This man needs a wage rise..!

Liebe beide Bikes. Gute Verarbeitung, stabile Teile, klasse Ergonomie.

Trek bicycle Copenhagen Hellerup, her gav Peter Elgaard dd. en super service.
