Trek Quimper une équipe au top!révision toujours nickel,je n'hésite pas passer au magasin dès que j'ai besoin d'une info,très content de l'accueil et du service

I ordered new gloves but unfortunately there was a fault with them and a flaw with the stitching, it happens. I emailed Trek and after sending them pictures as evidence they responded immediately and dispatched new gloves. No quibble. This happened within a 24 hour period. Great service.

Bought a Trek FX+2, which I loved riding but had some issues with. Contacted Trek and they resolved quickly, and very much in my favour, replacing the bike with a brand new model (which was far more expensive) at their cost. Trek stands by their name and they have a customer for life with me.

Received my electric Trek Marlin 6 , after initial problems with front wheel I contacted Trek customer services direct as not happy with dealers lack of apologies or real effort. What a difference, Matt from customer services was excellent in resolving my issue. Matt certainly went the extra mile and kept in regular contact with me l. He has restored my faith in Trek massively. Can’t recommend Trek enough now. Please visit and check their Bikes out.excellent. Cheers Mark

Schnelle und gute Reperaturen, nettes Personal - meine go to Werkstatt in Göttingen

I have had nothing but great experience withTrek Bicycle I would definitely give them a five star thumbs up. I don’t think they were as good as they are now say five years ago they got a lot of good parts on them now they do stand behind their name just like I’m probably gonna buy one.

The staff in Trek in Bramhall are the most helpful and friendly I have come across. Their knowledge was brilliant and as well as wanting to purchase an E Bike I took in 2 bikes that had punctures and a few other problems but they were sorted and ready for collection within a few hours. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

C'est avec joie que je prends mon vélo trek adapté à moi. Je l'ai depuis presqu'un an, je l'utilise pour me rendre à mes différentes activités, faire mes courses et faire du vélo loisir. Super, on se gare juste devant notre but. Rien à voir avec mon vieux vélo avec lequel je peinais ou prendre une voiture. Merci.
