The bike works great love how you can change gears easily but I ran into several problems with the inner tube of the tire. I’ve gone to get it fixed several times and they say to make sure that every two weeks you need to put air in your tires. Even when they’re full and I don’t even bike long distance so be prepared to run into problems. This was a very poor design by Trek.

Gut: Verarbeitung des Rahmen, Geometrie, Motor, Batterie, Weniger gut: zu kurze Schutzbleche vorne und hinten. 10-Gang-Schaltung, besser wäre 11 oder 12 Gangschaltung für schnelleres fahren ohne Antrieb. Sehr schlecht: Lockring am Bosch-Antrieb locker, dadurch zwei mal Kettenriss. 165mm Kurbel ist viel zu kurz für Größe M. Zu billige Komponenten für ein teures Rad

I bought a trek madone SL7 frameset at the end of last year to build my own bike with the parts I liked. I had high expectations but after 8 months I would never buy something from them again. 1. After 5 rides and 1 of them was in rainy conditions the bottom bracket failed. The bearings were not sealed on the inside and a lot of water and dirt gets in the bike that destroys these. On other frames I never got any problems with them. 2. I had a lot of disc alignment problems with the bike, the alignment was ok for two weeks and then it started to rub again. It seemed that the frame was faced but it wasn't correct. There was also some paint on the faced surface which I didn't notice while assembling. 3. My bike is standing still in the garage for a month already now waiting for parts for the isospeed and I have a bad experience getting them. My normal bike shop was closed so I asked trek for parts, they just said i need to go to an other shop with a default mail. 1st shop: sorry those parts aren't available anymore (and that on a 8month old bike, and i was willing to buy from them without asking for a warranty case !) 2nd shop: 1 of the 2 parts were already ordered because he needed them for a different customer also and he ordered the other part, I'm still waiting on these. 3th shop, my normal bikeshop : that is normal wear and on some bikes you need to replace it more, so it's not even warranty. He could get them in one week which I doubt looking at the 2nd shop. -> this all pisses me of the most, the bike brakes down and they find it normal that you can't ride for a month and on a 8 month old bike, let alone that they see it as normal wear?? I wonder if they would also find it normal if they should replace the springs from their carseat every six months. 4. In the 8months I have the bike i still don't have the correct colored seatmast because it's "not available" but they do sell the complete bikes with the correct colored seatmast, I have no idea what the logic behind this is. Yes the bike rides nice but all the hastle upto now isn't worth it. I like a bike that you can take, jump up to and leave and not something that you need to take apart every 14 days (not counting in the normal maintenance/wear)

E caliber 9.6 2020 acheter neuf (6900e quand mm) produisant des grincement important au niveau du pédalier après 100 klm d'utilisation le rendant pratiquement inutilisable.. renvoyé chez trek et restituer absolument pas réparer.. Une société malhonnete comme il en existé rarement. a fuir

Treck emonda SLR7 . 7500€ 5 mois. Vélo extrêmement rigide presque dangereux lorsque la route est mauvaise. A réserver aux pros. Tringlerie interne fait beaucoup de bruit si la route n'est pas lisse et aussi lorsque l'on serre les freins ou on tourne le guidon.La cassette arrière est très bruyante en pédalant. Il parait que tout cela est normal! Problème de dérailleur récurrent. Pneus tubeless bontrager couvert de nombreuses cloques après 1500 Kms remplacement pris en charge. Je ne rachèterai pas cette marque.

achat il y a deux ans d un Emonda SLR 8500 € boite de pedalier usé après 5000 KM ; je je change il recasse 6 mois après et ce coup ci .... cadre détérioré : refus de Trek de prendre en garantie et pas d offre commerciale possible en accompagnement : "entretien defectueux" !! !! mon velociste (très sympa et très emmerdé )découvre cependant qu il existe depuis peu une modif qui pallie ce problème . ce qui laisse entendre .... que c est connu !!! pas très cool tout ca . deux etoiles tout de même car c est un chouette vélo

Leider muss ich feststellen das nach einem Jahr Fahren mit einem MTB alles klappert und quitscht. Zu allem Überfluss löst sich jetzt auch immer die Schraube am Trettlager. Einen Imbus in dieser Größe hat mann ja auch nicht immer mit. Ein MTB ist für Gelände gemacht evtl passiert das alles nicht wenn man nur Straße oder Radwege fährt. Ich werde wahrscheinlich das Rad tauschen gegen ein Canon, Cube oder ähnlichem.

I bought a Trek Domane (road bike) in Sept 2020. I had heard reports of expensive repairs so checked a few things....turns out it was over £184 to replace a seat post should there be a problem (which a friend of mine had had on an older more complicated model, that was in excess of £400 to repair), but I decided most bikes would have similar costs. The bike is great to ride with the frame and tyres smoothing out the rough roads in my area. What is really annoying is what appear to be shoddy or cheap components. Less than 600 miles in, the factory fitted tyre fell apart where it was in contact with the rim of the wheel. That has never happened to me. the tyre was properly inflated and it has only been on roads. The shop I bought the bike from agreed it looked like a manufacturing issue so replaced it for free. Now less than 900 miles in the bearings in the rear wheel went. I have cycled in rain and washed the bike so I was clearly to blame. Who would expect that a bike would get wet in northern England and then be washed with a sponge and a plant sprayer to rinse off. The bike shop were very good and put in better bearings and sealed them in properly at cost. Thanks to Wheelbase in Staveley, Cumbria. It is massively disappointing that Trek have used such cheap materials and I am now paranoid that another component will be failing soon. When it comes to replacing worn components I will avoid Bontrager if I can. When you spend £3000 on a bike you don't expect these kind of things to happen until you have gone at least a few thousand miles on it. Trek must be able to do better than this.
