Goede elektrische fiets gekocht, zorg dat de bandjes enzo goed opgepompt zijn en je kan lekker lange afstanden fietsen. Geen mankementen gehad. Service is ook goed.

Gute bikes und so

After riding a Madone Gen 6 for three years I decided to upgrade to a Madone Gen 8. This bike is seriously fast and feels a lot lighter than the Gen 6. After 3 rides on it I got a puncture, a screw went into the rear tyre. After close inspection the screw had went right through the rim tape and carbon as well ☹️ After phoning Trek they told me to take it to the shop I purchased it from to check if it was repairable or not. The local bike shop I went to put in a warranty claim and within 5 days I had a new rear wheel free of charge and the bike was back on the road again. I'd like to thank Trek Bikes for their excellent customer support and to James and the team at Fife Cycles Leuchars Scotland for getting me back on the road so quickly. Wow wow en nog een wow. Van aankoop tot service altijd fantastisch geholpen door de medewerkers van Trek Utrecht. Een de fietsen zelf ook top. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat.

Also ich hatte 3 Jahre lang ein Powerfly 7, bin u.a. 5000 km mit 20 kg Gepäck über Teer, Schotter, Sand etc gefahren und war äußerst zufrieden mit dem Bike. Außer Verschleißreparaturen hatte ich keinerlei Defekt. Die Lackierung war top, damals auch ein Kaufgrund. Nachdem mir das Powerfly 7 geklaut worden war, habe ich wieder ein Powerfly gekauft, wohl die 8. Da es meine Wunschausstattung nicht gab, habe ich das EMTB mit 2,6 Zoll - Reifen gekauft, auf 2,4 Zoll umgerüstet und Straßenausstattung ergänzt. Dann ging es gleich mit 25 kg Gepäck über 1500 km nach Kroatien: Kein einziges Problem oder Defekt. Ich bin absolut zufrieden!

De accu van mijn tweede hands Trek fiets zit vast, lijkt wel geblokkeerd. Naar de Trek-dealer aan de Amsterdamseweg in Amstelveen gebracht. Alwaar ik hem niet had gekocht. De mannen van de Trek winkel zouden hun best doen om de accu los te krijgen, ik kreeg een leen-mountainbike mee. Het probleem hebben ze helaas niet kunnen oplossen. Na ruim een week de leen-mountainbike terug gebracht en op het laatste beetje prik mijn zielige elektrische fiets dan maar naar huis gebracht. Kosten: €0,00 Topservice!
