This review is for Trekbikes uk. Initially my order didn't start off great, it was a day over the max date they claimed it would be. When I called them however they found the issue in an hour or so. From there was a brilliant guy (I think called Kyle) who was willing to call my local reseller directly and see what he could do. Later that day I had a call with an offer for a compensatory helmet, and luckly another of the bike I wanted was in stock with the reseller. I was informed they were building the bike that day for collection a couple of hours later (Props to Flamme Rouge Cycles for this as well). So while not everything went to plan, they were quick to react and engaged with their reseller and myself to sort things out. The bike is great too! (Duel Sport 2)

I will be a Trek guy forever. Good bikes!

Disappointed my expensive Bontrager shoes broke, but very happy with the way Will Taylor rectified things and his responsiveness. Thank you Will 😀
