Bought a new Edmonde road bike today. The service was fantastic! I want to mention Nick at the Bath (UK) store; simply fantastic. He was very well informed, passionate and quick (I had a three year old in tow). I’ve always been in love with Trek bikes and Nick made the experience all the better. People like Nick are really worth their weight in gold.

Really struggled to find a bike with the specific things I wanted for my little boy and the team at both Bristol and Sheffield who I spoke to over the phone were brilliant. In particular Hugo who I spoke to at Bristol. Nothing was too much effort and they were able to give me all the advise I needed with regards to the bike I wanted. Thankyou.

This review is for Trek Bikes shop in Shrewsbury. Had a fit issue with my Domane SL 6. the help, expertise and Courtesy shown at this branch, seeing as it was a new trek bike but was not purchased from there, was exceptional. I love the bike and this dealer has given me faith to stick with the brand.

Amazing customer service from Trek. Will Taylor has been so helpful and knowledgeable because we are novice e bike owners. Also very helpful when we had an ordering glitch. Brilliant support. Thank you Will. You are a credit to your company. Julie

bought a bike last Sunday ready for collection on the Wednesday. Will in the bristol store was amazing from first initial contact. rang on the off chance that there might be stock and found it had been reserved but took my number on the off chance as it hadn't been collected yet. with 10 minute had another call saying it was available. received great service in store from the whole team and felt safe and given amazing advice and tips. will defiantly be recommending trek to everyone and will keep up the good work.

Den absolut bedste kundeservice jeg har oplevet. Har lidt problemer med saddelklamper og Trek sender mig en spritny saddel som jeg kan beholde indtil problemet med saddelklamper er fixet. Super Service 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a big Trek fan with a new purchase of Madone. Great bikes and great Bontrager kit! I contacted Trek as the elastic joint of a pair of their race bib shorts was coming undone. The lady I spoke at Trek UK organised a new pair to be sent out asap so very pleased.
