This is an excellent e-bike! E-bikes tend to be a little heavy but I knew that before my purchase and had no problems with it. The Trek Verve + is a joy to ride. I live in Japan and I encounter a lot of hills. The battery life is very long. I only use the battery when encountering hills, headwinds, or just getting tired out (I'm pushing 60yrs.) I get multiple rides before needing to charge it. The components are of high quality and the bike has been a solid performer with no issues. One thing that I really like about using the e-assist is that regardless if I am against a headwind or going uphill, I select either Eco or Tour and this helps me maintain a constant cadence (HR target). If I really need assistance I just select Turbo, but that is seldom. Trek has done a great job with this model.

I would like to say that we were very pleased with our visit to Trek fox valley Sheffield today as Ben was an absolute pleasure to deal with despite being new. We are so happy with his enthusiasm as I wish more companies employed excellent staff members like Ben.

Fuhr mit meinen 1120 den Great Divide von Banff nach Guatemala ca12000km und 130000hm. Hatte nach ca 700km(Montana) ein Problem mit meinem Rahmen,suchte in Kalispel den ersten Trek Shop auf. Mir wurde sofort Unterstützung zugesagt.Es dauerte 4 Tage ,und ich bekam einen neuen Rahmen auf Garantie und ohne Diskussion!!! In der Zwischenzeit arbeitete ich in der Werkstatt des Shops und hatte eine super Zeit mit den Jungs!! Das war das einzige außer diverser Verschleiß (Antrieb Bremsbeläge) was am Bike Arbeit machte. Ich liebe mein Bike!!! Mit voller Beladung wog es 45kg,fuhr mein Baby sicher niie schonend und mit aller Power durch die Rockys!! Das ich mich für ,,Trek,, Entscheid bereute ich keinen Moment in dieser Reise!!(sicher nicht die letzte) Vielen Dank für das Bike sowie euren Support. Euer Andas PS: Zuhause fahre ich Emonda SLR,Top Fuel,🤠

Our sons Bontrager Ion front light for some reason just decided not to switch on, did all the obvious, but still nothing. I then phoned up customer services and spoke to a really polite man called James to explain the situation, with no interrogation or suggestions that I was at fault James authorized a replacement FOC, two days later the new item arrived. Why can't other companies be so customer focused and understanding. Brilliant-thanks Trek.

I just went to buy a pump, they were so helpful, kind and polite. I ended up buying a couple of bits for my bike. While I was looking in the shop they quickly tuned up my gears; so the gear changes became smoother and more reliable on my bike. They did not even charge me. Wow so impressed. to the point I will buy my next bike from them

Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time. When my Trek bike was stolen, Sue at customer service was really friendly and went above and beyond to try and help me retrieve my bike. Thank you :)
