I have an electric bike n the rear tire went flat. Stem on inner tube broke off. Ugh. I ordered a replacement tube n took it to trek and within 45mins it was fixed for a reasonable fee. That was on the 18 of sept. Pleasant ,helpful staff, answered my questions. I'll refer all to your store n staff.

I had a really good experience here, I ordered some parts from the online site. They were at a great price and it said 4 - 8 days for delivery which was longer than I would have liked but for the price I couldn't complain. The parts arrived the next day and were well packaged and as described! What more could you ask for! 5 star!

I own three bikes from Trek currently and they have all been great! I noticed a lot of these reviews are not going into details as to why their part broke on their bike - pretty bias especially if they ultimately caused something to break (I've been there multiple times as I ride my bikes hard). My 2019 Emonda SL 5 has over 5000 miles on it and it has been so great! I've replaced the chain and bottom bracket, but that's it. My 2021 Slash 9.8 is my favorite bike, I can absolutely ride the pants of the thing! I broke two spokes on it, but if you watch my video on Pinkbike, you'll see why (I cased the heck out of a woden whale tale at my local bike park with the rear wheel -had it fixed in no time). My local Trek store has been super helpful dealing with servicing my bikes. I also have to share some kudos with Trek customer service when they helped me track down my Slash and also when they helped me with some techincal troubles while out on the trail. Looking forward to my next bike from Trek! *EDIT* A lot of bad reviews here from people who know very little about anything or are so quick to judge. GET A GRIP PEOPLE.

I got a trek mountain track steel framed bike three years ago and put a 49cc 4 stoke motor on it. I did modify the brakes and put a oil shock front fork on it and it's held up awesome, no cracks or weak spots. All my friends have had to reinforce their bikes in less time than I've had mine. I could not ask for better.. ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY TREK !!!!!!!!!

Very good customer service, offered me help and compensation due to a negative experience with a retailer selling their bikes.

I lost one of the cable guides on my Trek Remedy and had a real problem trying to find one at a dealership local to me or online. I called Trek HQ UK and spoke to Tam Sheikh who spent some time tracking down the part number and some other spares. As per his promise he'd emailed all the details before lunch. I placed my order at 3pm and it's just been delivered less than 24hrs later. Well done Trek and Tam. Hope you were on off on time for beer o'clock Tam !!

Struggling to fit some notoriously difficult tubeless tyres to my Trek bike I eventually ran out of time - so gave up and handed it over to the mechanics at Trek's MK store. They managed to squeeze me in and fitted some new handlebar tape as well which I hadn't gotten around to. When collection day came I was half expecting a phone call admitting defeat - but instead the phone call was "all done, ready to collect". I do most routine bike servicing myself, but some jobs are worth paying the experts for. :-)

Bought my first mtb from the Wausau Trek store about two years ago and it could not have been a better experience. John got me dialed in on my first bike and on to the trials within a few days, but the sale did not end there. The store was eager to help fix the bike or make tweaks when something started to get a little out of whack. My experience with this branch just comes to show just how much Trek stands by their products and are willing to do what it takes to get you back out on the road/trails as soon as possible. I would recommend considering buying a Trek before any other, because you know you are going to get a great product that is right for you, they have incredible customer service, warranty claim responsibility, and you will learn a lot more about your bike by going through Trek. Even in a tough hiring economy, John manages to surround himself with a great team of knowledgeable and personable ambassadors of the sport. I really appreciate all of the work John, Cam and several other employees at the Wausau Trek store have done in the past two years to keep me out there riding safely, and they are the reason I will go to Trek to buy my next bike as I mature in the sport.
