TreehutReviews of treehut.co

I have bought multiple watches from treehut over the years very please with all of them, quality is as advertised. The one time I needed a replacement link (I broke it was not a defect they are wood after all) the customer service was great

I have 2 wood watches from Treehut and love them! Both were gifts from my wife/girlfriend (2023/2016) and are personally engraved making them cherished keepsakes. I get compliments all the time when I’m wearing them. Also, their customer service is outstanding! If you’re looking for a unique, quality wood watch from a company who cares these are the ones!!!

I love my Treehut watch. It was a gift from my Daughter and Daughter in law for Father’s Day with a special message engraved on the back. The colour tone of the wood is amazing and I have had a number of compliments as to how unique it is.

Quality, organic and beautiful watches and accessories. I receive compliments every time I wear mine! The best part is it was a gift from my wife that I’ll cherish forever!

I am a longtime customer of TreeHut. I bought my first watch from them about 8 years ago. I now own 4 TreeHut watches and always get compliments on them from strangers, friends and family. The quality of the watches are of good standard. Shipping is simple and easy and if I've ever had issues with delayed shipping their customer service reached out and updated me on the matter.

Their customer service is fantastic and my lovely boyfriend still gets compliments on the beautiful watch I got him. Would highly recommend them

Well I purchased 2 watches and some other things from their website as Christmas gifts. The watches were fine but the broach was cracked. The other things were so cheaply made that I just couldn't give them out now everything but the watches are just sitting still in the shipping box. I reached out to the customer service and they did reply to my original email. ONCE! That is where it stopped. I have tried to reach out to them at least 3 more times and as of 4 months later...still crickets. I just wanted my broken broach replaced. And their website is full of 5 star reviews but there is nowhere to leave one on their website. I do get compliments on my watches all the time but I unfortunately have to tell people that the customer service is nonexistent. Unfortunately, this is a turnoff for people and hurts their sales. Maybe this review will finally get their attention because their customer service email does not.

everything went well with the order, the watch malfunctioned and stopped working after about 6 months. would not buy again.
