Customer service is non existent. I sent back a watch to be repaired (after the first wear) that I purchased for my husband. They sent me back the wrong watch-like completely different. When I emailed them they took days to get back to me and then accused ME of sending back the wrong watch. Why would I do that when the one was obviously broken and needing fixed. Absolute joke! I want my husbands watch back!!!!! 0/10 would NOT recommend!

I have bought many of their products. They have the best lip balm out there. I have spent so much money on different lip products. The ones that come in the tubes work so well. Cured my dry lips.I smoke/ vape, drink and always need to apply balm. This has no imgredients that make constant reapplication a problem. Within a few days of using, I didn't need to keep putting it on as lips were soft snd smooth. Nothing else has worked so well and it's very affordable. I like all their stuff. The scents are nice, not overwelming but last. Their lotions, creams and even body sprays have ingredients that soften your skin. Really happy I tried these products.

My fourth watch from Treehut. One problem in the past and quickly resolved. Bought another watch as a gift and it is losing time from the moment its set. Nine emails and four phone calks from the Uk, two responses and then no follow up. Seems like they no longer care about their customers. Will have to see if i can sort a repair in the UK as Treehut no longer seem to give a …,

The sunglasses I received from Treehut looked great and appeared to be well made. Unfortunately, they didn't fit properly, so I contacted customer service within the stated 30-day return window. I initially received a response offering either a return or exchange. After requesting a return, however, all communication stopped. Since then, I have tried multiple emails, phone calls, website contact forms, and even reaching out through social media, but I have been unable to get any response from the company. A product can be great, but customer service matters just as much. If there is an issue with your order or you need to make a return, you may find yourself with no way to get assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise potential customers to consider other brands with more reliable customer support.

Ordered a watch for my boyfriends birthday. Delivery date given of 01/06 , still nothings been received. Have contacted retailer 4x and no response. Disgusting company, quick enough to take your money for an expensive item, but with no follow up communication to reassure customer of the status of their order. Even had the cheeky to send me a thank you email for my purchase and then a follow up email to rate my purchase! Still awaiting a reply, if nothing is received in 24 hours I will be contact my bank to report a fraudulent company and get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

I purchased a bracelet for my husband and gave it to him on May 19th and he wore it to our anniversary dinner. Before we could get home from dinner the bracelet broke. I reached out to them regarding it and they requested photos, etc. I send them pictures of the bracelet. They got back with me quickly and said they would replace it. They asked me to verify my address and they would send a replacement bracelet. I have provided all the information they requested. Now, they have gone silent and will not respond to any of my emails. I have called them to no avail, and I have sent them numerous emails again all to no avail. It was a beautiful bracelet and my husband loved it. But now he is out an anniversary gift. I am extremely disappointed because they seemed to be a reputable company. They have very poor communication, and poor workmanship. I suggest not purchasing from them.

Received my watch on a Saturday. I’d have to say it’s a nice looking watch but it wasn’t working. Tried contacting customer service by phone, email, and their Chat prompt multiple times over the span of 4 days and still no answer. I just want a replacement. After reading the other reviews on here sounds like they needs a new customer service team. I’m about just cut my loss and take it to a watch smith. Never purchasing from here again.

Currently trying to get my refund on Paypal. The site claimed I'd get a working tracking link after 3 days. More than a week passed and it was still being "processed". I sent them an email and they told me it was already in my country. I still had to send a second email, and wait 2 more days for a response, to finally get the tracking link from them by email. The problem is, by the time I get the link, I contact DHL and find out it has alrady been shipped back to treehut due to not being able to contact me to pay the customs fee. I ask DHL what did treehut provide them and the only contact the provided DHL was the phone number "999999999" and no email. I made the claim on Paypal, and now they sent the email very fast, instead of waiting 2 days for an answer. I told them I don't want the watch anymore since I can no longer trust their quality and they tried to process a refund without the 60+ dollars of shipping costs. I am being penalized with the shipping costs for a product they failed to deliver. Never had such a bad experience ordering something online. Currently waiting on the decision of Paypal. My guess is they tried to process the refund before the Paypal decision to make me lose the claim while they save on the shipping costs. Bad faith acting all the way.
