I had a problem with right masker and started to panic, I contacted the treble health team and they responded almost immediately, they set up an appointment the very next day and Mark Partain helped me fix the masker and now everything is back to where it was ,thank you Mark and also the treble health helpline.

I came down with severe tinnitus about six years ago. Like most tinnitus sufferers at the beginning, I was very much in the dark and completely miserable. Regular doctors were next to useless and there are oceans of garbage and false cures on the internet. It took months to figure out a routine that made life bearable, and then a couple more years to get to a place where I was comfortable. Over that time, I learned *a lot* about tinnitus and its many idiocentric causes and therapies (hearing loss, physical tension, anxiety, brain plasticity, sacrocranial massage, etc.). It was many hours of reading combined with my own trial and error, and while I made progress, it was slow. Last year I came to treble Health looking for a good masker (I had not used one in the past), and Ramsey the audiologist (who is amazing) set me up. I was mainly interested in the masker, but decided to attend some of the group coaching lessons as they were included in the price. Wow! These people were preaching all of the exact things I had learned the hard way; everything they said meshed with what I had spent years learning alone.That’s when I knew that Dr. Ben was for real. This was also true of my personal audiologist (Ramsey) who knew more about tinnatus than every other audiologist I've ever seen, and probably more than all my other pervious audiologists put together. The beauty of Treble Health is that they offer all of the effective Tinnitus Therapies in a single place and in a package that synergizes them for maximum benefit. They were (are?) the first to do this, and before TH, you had to hunt down each of these therapies in different places (audiologists, psychologists, osteopaths, etc.) making progress slow. Had I access to something like TH 6 years ago, I would have gotten a LOT better a LOT faster. TLDR: these people really know their stuff! Their therapy ideas may seem eclectic but trust me, it's the way to go if you really want to improve. I know that, at the beginning, tinnitus can be extremely scary and it feels like everything will be wrecked forever, but listen to these people, follow their instructions and life WILL improve. FWIW, after being with TS a year, my tinnitus is now minimal and is something I only notice for a few minutes a day at various times, and when I do, it doesn’t concern me. I can ignore it and it goes away on its own.

My audiologist is extremely generous with his time. He also keeps the atmosphere very positive and upbeat, without making any promises he can’t keep. I get the very strong impression that he really wants me to acquire the skills and tools I need to manage my tinnitus and move on with my life.

Ramsay Poindexter and the entire Treble Health team have been incredible! I have been receiving treatment for 4 years from a team (will go unnamed) that claims to have the best answers for tinnitus. I am here to say that the treatment, service, podcasts and videos as well as personal support have in a few weeks have already done more for me all I experienced in the past. They really care about their clients. They are responsive to questions and needs. So glad I found Treble Health and would recommend them to anyone serious about getting g help with their tinnitus.
