I thought this company was patient…
I thought this company was patient oriented, they really aren't. They schedule half hour appts to adjust hearing aids when it takes less than 15 minutes. Since you get 4-5 consultations in the cost of your equipment, half of that time is wasted just to get through the free consultations. I suggest you spread these out over a much longer time frame than Treble Health wants. My audiologist left and she informed me I had 1 free consultation left and that would be reflected in the notes. When I called Treble Health for assistance I was informed I DID NOT have another free consultation and they would charge me $125 per HALF hour for help. When I disputed that, the rep said she would check with administration and get back to me. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I will go directly to the hearing aid manufacturer and ask for their help in adjusting my device. I should have gone direct to start with. If you use Treble Health, I suggest you control the consultations, not them. It's in their best interests to blow through the free consultations so they can start charing those outrageous fees for any assistance after the fact. UPDATE: 7/3/24 The day after I wrote the above review, I was contacted by the rep. above. She apologized for not getting back to me with answers. She stated the company would offer me 4 consultations, no charge, even though I was only asking for 1. We worked this issue out and I have had another consultation. I believe this company is on a path to help those of us with ringing in our ears. The results I've had so far are promising and hope I to continue on a positive path. I'm guessing my first review experience was an "off day" and should be taken as such. The Founder of TrebleHealth is responsive to our needs as I heard from him directly.
