Dishonest
I paid $49 online. It says this is including doctor and prescription. When I picked up my prescription I have to pay another $14.99. Very dishonest.

They promise 2 hours from point of filling out the questionnaire to receiving prescription but they lie -- it takes much longer and can't provide a window for when the order will be filled. They promise a phone number you can call, but you actually can't call it - you can only text it. The texts are from AI agents that don't escalate you to a real human. Never ever again. EMpty promises and a system that prioritizes cash for the company over patient well-being. I will post this everywhere I can.

Terrible experience. In my state you have to have and phone consultation before you can have a Rx submitted but they do not tell you that until after you pay. I had to wait until the next day for a consultation. Next, although I was told I could use Amazon Online Pharmacy, they denied my request because the physical address is not in my state. Again, I was only give this information after I paid. The service is expensive, misleading and customer service was very apathetic.

I wish I had seen this first before spending money that could have gone to an ER visit for my UTI. I am almost 50. I know what a UTI is, what it smells like, the urgent running to the restroom just to not pee and how painful it is. To have a doctor tell me "they are not comfortable prescribing medication, go get labs done," is disgusting, as this service (to me) was understood to be a rapid response to control and alevate UTI's. As with others here, I did NOT get notified, I had to call them at the 2 hour mark (well, TEXT them [they operate like teenagers]) and ANY AND ALL reviews that claim under an hour, in my opition is a lie. Even the site states 1-2 hrs. They gave me a code to get the labs done, but they still have to wait for the results, so where does that leave me for the next 48-hrs, if I am lucky. Lastly, we all know, if you go to the hospital, they prescribe the medication before the result, so why make it harder for women to get better faster? Never will I do this again.

I would treat a zero. Why do you put someone through their trigger, trauma, OCD and more just to tell us at the end you don't take Medicare or Medicaid. You people NEED HELP UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED VTO HELP TREAT. DON'T put someone through their ordeal and pain just to ask the last question --- IF COURSE ITS ABOUT THE MONEY !!!! Who is your insurance, you list Medicare and Medicaid but DO NOT ACCEPT THEM .... Very sad, cruel and to me my personal opinion NOT PROFESSIONAL. ASK ABOUT INSURANCE FIRSTLY .... Wow. I feel better just explaining I much smarter I feel by explaining this to you ... Thank you all --- for NOTHING at all .... -0...

I had a quick-onset, bad UTI late in the day and thought this would be good option for quick care that saved me a trip to urgent care. They try to upsell you on additional medications through the entire intake, which seemed really weird, and they make you pay up front. After paying, I found out that the earliest appointment was the next morning (~14 hours later). I scheduled it for 7:45am, so I could do it before work. They called almost 30 minutes prior to the appointment while I was in the shower and then cancelled and said I need to reschedule for not answering. At that point I decided to use GoodRx, which is an extremely easy online platform and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy within an hour. The cancellation of treatment was fairly straightforward, but a week later I still had no refund. I logged into my account, and I saw an email that I was supposed to reply to that made me choose between a refund to my credit card or a gift card to treatmyUTI.com. Are you serious? At no point was I told that I would need to let them know my preferred refund method, and who would select a gift card for future UTI services??? This whole platform seems like a huge scam. Save your time and money and use GoodRx. I have used them twice now over the past 3 years, and had a good experience both times.

After being charged for a service, I never received a prescription and then my bank info was stolen and fraudulent charges made. I had to close my account, open a new one and a week later - they are still trying to use my old account info for fraud.

I was trying to save myself a trip to urgent care when I came across this ad. Promises of a prescription in hand within 2 hours. I paid, filled out the questionnaire and then it said I had to make an appt to speak with a nurse. The earliest appt is 24 hours out! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.
