UPDATE: Two updates, actually: 1.) Once the memory foam insert fully decompressed, it was firm, so I no longer have concerns about that component. 2.) I heard from Treat a Dog customer service, and they offered to refund or replace the bed with another model bed from their inventory. So that was nice. I ordered the PupRug Faux Fur Memory Foam Bed (rectangle) and regret it. The product I received is not of the quality I expected from the product photos. The fur cover is stringy, not fluffy like the photos depict, and the “memory foam” filler is super thin and will provide little support. After opening the package (how else could I examine my purchase?), I contacted Treat a Dog to ask about returning it. And guess what? After opening the product they will not accept a return. So I am about to throw a brand new $119 substandard dog bed in the trash. So disappointed.

Terrible construction on this dog bed. The seams are coming apart after washing the cover ONCE. No customer service. They purposely have a short warranty period so they don't have to replace or refund. Sounds like even if you do have a claim within the 30 days they won't honor it. Totally scammy company. Don't purchase from them

The bed is not like it is shown, it is much smaller then it shows deminsions, I returned in unopend packaging like I was told, email picture to prove, they received bed will not replace or refund, they are saying the plastic wrap was opened it was not, this company is a scam do not buy from them. Customer service is awful, I spent over $110, plus to pay for return shipping. Someone at their company is lieing or they dampered with the product I did not opened any wrapping. BEWARE, Look at the BBB before purchasing , which I should have done, several complaints as the same as mine. They are SCAM TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

I ordered a large pup lounge orthopedic bed for my 40 pound beagle/lab. It’s a good size with plenty of room and easy to care for. Although the material isn’t very soft and does crinkle and makes plastic sounds when you lay on it, it is water resistant material so it’s understandable. It’s Just not comfortable - but once I added a blanket and some comfy pads on top of the bed my dog loved it. What I’m not happy with though, is that in less than 2 months the bed ripped at the seam in one corner of the bed where the entrance to enter is and it’s a very clean tear. My dog is not rough on her beds and doesn’t bite or chew or dig. She paws a bit until she gets comfortable but the location of the tear would be almost impossible for her to have done and it’s right in the crevice where the bolster part meets the bed. I’m not happy with such cheap manufacturing especially when I spent good money on this and it didn’t even last that long before ripping. Since I’m not under the 30 day period for returns/exchanges, the company offered me no help whatsoever. They simply stated there was nothing they could do outside of the 30 days. If the bed rips more it will become useless and hard to clean/wash. They make products that fall apart as soon as the 30 days is up.

Bought a dog protector for my car, great quality and arrived quickly. Highly recommend
