All was wonderful. Except All hvac filters clogged. Outside shower didn’t work. Hot tub was full of styrofoam from the cover (which was broken) so we opted out of using it even tho we paid for it. And trash didn’t get picked up from previous people for a few days. All in all was a beautiful house and the beach was awesome.

Nice, affordable and great location. The condo was great for my family to enjoy our vacation. It was clean and in good condition and would definitely go back again.

We loved our vacation! Plan to go back but wasn’t sure after the hurricane. Regular beds were very comfortable, pull out couches were not.

The realty group was responsive to our concerns. However, given the holiday week (4th of July 2018) fixes were not necessarily readily available. The most difficult thing to understand was the insurance vs. paying for damages deposit portion of the registration. Struggled a bit with paying by credit card the deposit because most information went back and forth via email. I had a request to email the credit card information, which is a terrible idea. I had to call during the business day to give the information over the phone.

Great to deal with for planning and giving you tons of info before arriving. Only gripe was when we called to tell them about damages that were done before arrival, we recieved an attitude about the call, like it was bothering them. Besides this great. Booked again with them

Treasure is really good to work with. We, meaning my 5 siblings and I, have used just about every realty company at Topsail. Though we have had a few misunderstandings through email over the last 25 years we have always worked it out. They stick with you to work through issues. We have had minor issues and a couple major issues and they have been right there to tend to the problem. I love their site. It has gotten so easy over the years to work with. The only thing I hate is that they have not pushed the date back to the first week in June, like it was for years. So, this will be our last year doing vacation like this. It has gotten too expensive. Treasure is charming and will greet you with their great smiles and southern hospitality when you arrive. Thanks Treasure! We have weathered a few storms with you. Glad you all are rebounding!
