I placed an order and planned to use a promo code. the website booked my order before i was ready and never saw a place to enter the promo code. I called my sales person immediately but got and machine, and tried to go to operator and also got a machine with no call back yet. I got billed the full amount immediately though.

I had a hard time tracking down some material for a job, and finally found TRC. Not only did they have sufficient stock, but they got it to me within just a couple business days. After placing my order, a rep reached out to me to establish an ongoing relationship. Their order fulfillment and communication was outstanding. Will definitely be keeping them at the top of my list for material suppliers.
