Received the product is 6 days as promised . Works fine but not an exact fit but good enough. Rose was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I have enough information to possibly repair the original adaptor and will use your replacement in the mean time . Thanks

I tried to call to discuss the item we needed to purchase. I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I ordered the item online. The issue was I needed the part and I had no idea when I was going to get it. I did get a confirmation of shipping today for the item I ordered 9 days ago.
Response from TRC ElectronicsAug 22, 2024
Thank you for your feedback, Mike. I wanted to let you know that we did return your call and also reached out to you through email to inform you that your order was scheduled to ship on August 19th. I'm pleased to share that your item did ship a few days earlier, on August 15th. We appreciate your business and feedback.
