Please do not call me after each order and ask me to explain what I am doing.
I have no problem with the order process but please do NOT call me after I order a power supply and ask me to explain what I am doing with it. I am extremely busy and a bit introverted and all I want is hassle free service.

How all companies should be.
The product selection is excellent. The pricing seems to be on target with alternative companies. Shipping was quick and customer service is appears to be TRC's highest priority as I am impressed with the follow up emails and phone calls. In fact, everything went so well, I didn't need to talk to anyone. Lastly, unit worked out of the box and completely met my expections for a 30 amp, 12 volt power supply.

I liked the follow up by customer…
I liked the follow up by customer service after our initial purchase. Going forward I would appreciate a light touch with promotional emails or phone calls. Too many contacts could change my perspective on the company. Thanks for the follow up on the initial purchase. Keep up the good work.
