Great customer service
I was impressed with the customer service that I received from a woman I spoke to yesterday when I called in to correct a mistake on a web order. I deal with a lot of suppliers, and I'm always pleased when I encounter a company that has competent and courteous staff.

I appreciated the breadth of inventory but part description was missing some useful info
I appreciated the breadth of inventory, affordable prices, ease of ordering online, and speed of delivery. The component I purchased was available from other suppliers but looked best from TRC. When I received the part, I discovered that the holes for connecting it to wiring were smaller than most other models of this type of component, but that info wasn't listed in the part description. I would have (in hindsight) preferred that the part description specify what gauge wire was appropriate to use with this part.

I placed my order on the 23rd and they only sent my product on the 27th! 4 days to do my order????
