I canceled our order a few minutes after ordering and asked not to ship but they shipped anyway so now I have a restocking fee and shipping back cost I was going to buy a lot of chargers with more amps for future contracts
Response from TRC ElectronicsSep 19, 2026
We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. When we received your cancellation request, the order had already entered our shipping process and could no longer be stopped before shipment. We offered to accept the return and waived our standard restocking fee during the return/refund process. We understand that the parts ordered were not the correct fit for your application, and our team has been actively working with you to identify chargers with the appropriate amperage for your future requirements. We value the opportunity to support your projects and remain available to help you select the right solution.
