Eduardo L.
I never got the product. The carrier took too long and I chose with carrier (UPS) to deliver to neighbor in my absence and they failed to deliver, instead UPS left a note about returning item to seller.
Response from TRC ElectronicsApr 14, 2026
Hi Eduardo, we’re really sorry to hear about this experience, that’s certainly frustrating. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer an alternate routing option to deliver to a neighbor in situations like this, which can sometimes lead to outcomes like the one you described. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can look into this for you and help find a resolution. We appreciate you choosing TRC Electronics and are here to assist!
