My encounter with this service had its ups and downs. While the website's interface is user-friendly and straightforward, reaching customer support posed difficulties. Once connected, the representatives were supportive, yet there's room for enhancement in communication transparency. In the end, I did receive compensation for my flight disruption, but it wasn't without its hurdles.
