The company Is absolutely a scam, no way to get an answer from the supprt team, the webpage for agent Is done in a way that you cannot access your subscription details therefore impossible to cancel It

STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELOVIN!!!! After 3 or 4 unanswered emails to their support, and thus failure to explain why they keep charging me several times monthly even though I paid for a full year, I must conclude this is a SCAM!!! I expect the good reviews here are paid and fake!

thieves!!no service is provided they. ,money taken and service as payed for. it is cheating and scam!it needs to be legal action against them !

I signed up with them, paid the fees, competed all the training, then nothing happened. The portal was terrible, I presume it was a ‘training’ access only as the availability for flights and hotels was very poor. I tried contacting them via email and message multiple times - never heard anything back. It seems like a scam, as now, funnily enough, they’ve tried to take the next payment! What a joke. There’s no other way to contact them so I will be going through the credit card company to try and get a refund. Thankfully my credit card company blocked the most recent payment without me even asking them to, so I presume they have their own concerns about the company.

If I could give Travelovin 0 stars I would. Signed up to be an advisor only to find immediately that the portal was unable to provide accommodation or flights in popular cities. I found the portal clunky and completely inadequate for what was advertised. I contacted them immediately to request my account and subscription be cancelled and refunded - no reply. They took more money from my account and again, emailed them - no reply. Now going through the bank to try and get my money back. SCAM!!!!!

A very very bad company and steal the money and take subscription without our permission and take money and extra charges and the booking engines are not working neither for the flight nor for the hotel s or the excursoins;which are the main aim of joining them .. i joined them 2 months ago and it worked only one time then for the last 2 months not possible to get into the booking engines so you can not book anything ( hotels, flights or excursions ) i have sent over 22 emails and support tickets and like the others no reply .. it is fake and scam and they should not work legally like that and i am on the way to make a big legal claim and get my money back and will make all the social media know about them and about how they are as a spam!!!!

I was charged 412 euro and don’t even have an account with them! I’ve tried to login with my one and only email and it say I have no account but yet I am getting charged from them!! I’ve repeatedly sent email and received absolutely NO response. There is no actually address, there is no phone number and no chat support. SCAMMERS!!

I have sent 7 support request and zero replies from them. My friend who signed up at my recommendation had the same experience. Also the flight engine has been down for over a week.
