BIGGEST SCAMMERS DONT FALL FOR IT!! Can’t cancel subscription i had to call my bank to block them. They tried to take your money and unfortunately there’s no way that you get your money back!! I mailed then numerous times never had any response

This is a scam. don't fall for it. emailed them 3 times but the email all bounced back.

Hi A few months back I subscribed gor a month trial . I then decided it wasnt for me well before month was upI have tried everything from emails to chats to feedback page on website to unsubscribe on profile page which dosent work have had to block payments as they keep trying to take money for last 3 months. Also still getting emails from Laura Travelovin but wont reply to my texts any idea what to do next

I didn’t really have a problem initially - I just didn’t like the platform. Troubles began when trying to cancel. There is nowhere to actually cancel your subscription. Nothing at all is responded to via email, form submission, nor Facebook. They just keep billing you. Had to get my card cancelled to make them stop. Complete scammers.

No way to cancel your account, customer support is not responding at all... Please be aware of this company!!

Big scam. I have been charged without my permission trying to reach them out in a couple of days, but nobody is contacting with me . just be away it’s fraud

I totally agree with the user below, Mazin, that has been frustrated because of non-responsive customer support. At first, I was billed from Lithuania to my credit card, and after that when i tried to see settings of my account I realized there is no way to unsubscribe. I have written then numerous times in the past 2 months and no reply. I have asked my account to be deleted. I can not work with non-reliable company.

My experience with Travelovin has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have attempted to contact their members service multiple times regarding issues with their website, but my emails have gone unanswered. It's unacceptable for a travel company to have such a lack of communication and a website that consistently fails to function as expected. The core problem lies with their unresponsive members support. When issues arise, members need to be able to reach out and receive timely assistance. Travelovin has completely failed in this regard, leaving me feeling ignored and without any resolution to my complaints. This lack of support is compounded by a website that is clearly not functioning at all. I strongly advise potential travel advisors to reconsider using Travelovin until they address these fundamental issues. A company that cannot maintain a working website or respond to customer complaints is not one to be trusted with your travel plans.
