The website is complex and it's been 2 months I haven't had a booking yet. Still struggling to Navigate and no cancel subscription button Updates: it’s a total scam - don’t waste your money here

Do not know either legit or plays dumb. Sent them few emails regarding canceling the subscription, as could not see anything on the platform however kept charging the subscription and did not respond back till now, its been more than a month now. June 2026.

At first-The sign up process was informative and easy to do. I'm looking forward to success here with the array of tools available to me! Now-The course is ok but when I tried to book a hotel for myself to experience the process, after taking my payment of US$130 for the booking a message appeared "booking rejected", unable to complete booking blah blah. Immediately I submitted a support ticket which stated a response will come within 24 hours, but there was no response. An email and another support ticket later, still no response. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank which is still in process. Then I tried to cancel my subscription, no surprise the "subscriptions" section in my account details didn't work when clicking on it, despite all other menu items working. Absolute nightmare!!! Has to just be a scam.

I've read a lot of reviews for Travelovin, but it's making me yell and scream. I've emailed them a lot, and now I'm going to write a freaking review because they haven't responded to me or paid my refund! I might have to go to the police, begin writing my report, and make it public. What a scam, but SOMEHOW IT'LL WORK OUT. I DON'T KNOW HOW. Creatin' Awareness!!

⚠️ Warning – Potential Scam If I could give this service less than one star, I would. I contacted customer support multiple times requesting cancellation of my subscription, but never received any response. Despite my requests, they attempted to charge my card again. The only way I could stop further payments was by cancelling my bank card. The platform does not provide any option to cancel a subscription or delete an account, making it extremely difficult to stop recurring charges. Be cautious before signing up.

Travelovin.com deceives people in becoming an independent travel agent. You will earn big money already after a few weeks. The "clients" they give you as "hot contacts" are fake. Asking for support is a dead end. You will never get a reply. Cancelling your membership? You can't. There is no possibility to cancel your membership.

По указанному юридическому адресу в Литве в Terms of Use нет зарегистрированных компаний, другой юридический в Калифорнии - фейк, их там просто нет. Я обратился в банк за возвратом средств и они были возвращены, кроме того, я подал заявление в полицию о мошенничестве.

ALERT SCAM !! If i could rate lower than 1 I would. Tried emailing them 5 times to cancel my subscription. Never got a reply and they tried charging me again. I had to cancel my card in order to block them from charging me again. There is nowhere on the platform to be able to delete your account or cancel the subscription. Don't fall for it
