Nope Nope Nope. Do not use this site. It IS a "bait and switch" type scam. The tickets you "purchased" become suddenly unavailable at the agreed upon price. Legit sites, as well as the airline themselves, will process instantly. This site does not. Notice the grammatical errors on the site. This should have told me something is/was amiss. Beware.

I booked flight for two people with them, total fare around 1700$. After almost 24h they wrote me to tell that my reservation was on hold and to contact them. They told me that they could not give me tickets at that fare anymore asking me 2700$ instead of the original 1700...I did not accept to pay so now I am in serious trouble for my trip. Avoid them.

Get a ticket. Get a confirmation saying price has gone up. The usual bait and switch scam. Don’t use them if you want to be a happy traveler.

This business is a sham. The representative are not able to answer questions and it is hard to understand them because of their limited English. They messed up my reservation; which it took them forever to book. Then I called to double check the reservation and cancel it. It took 3 phone calls and lies about clling me back.

All of the reviews on here are fake. This company is a scam. Don't believe any booking you make with them. They'll tell you they can't confirm it because the airline changed the price and then demand you pay an increased fare. If you don't pay it they'll cancel your reservation without explanation. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in the US.

Upon booking I was told my tickets would cost $364 I put in all my information and confirmed. I received a call less than 10 minutes later saying there were no seats available at that price on that flight any longer and that they could get me seats for $540. I told them this was not acceptable as I had just selected that price for that flight. They told me they could get me a discount for $450 plus free checked baggage. I agreed as this seemed like a good deal i confirmed with the agent multiple times that I would get free back checked baggage. He agreed that yes I would get free checked baggage. Told me my itinerary would arrive in my email within 30 minutes. Two hours later I still do not have an itinerary I called them back and explained I had not gotten my itinerary yet they sent it to me right away. Upon receiving my itinerary I realized there was no information on my free baggage. I asked the agent where do I see about my free baggage I want to be sure it shows on my itinerary so when I arrive to the airport I don’t have any issues . He then proceeded to say “ma’am I never said free checked baggage I said a free carry-on“ a free carry-on was already included on this flight I only booked it because I would get free checked baggage I was already paying $100 more than I thought I would. I said I wanted to speak to a manager as that is not what he told me at time of booking the manager called me back and said they reviewed the phone call and that the agent never said free checked baggage. This was not true as I confirmed with him multiple times that I would get free checked baggage. Upon further review this is the norm for this company and I have reported it with the consumer protection bureau. If you have been scammed by this company please report them to consumer protection bureau and the Better Business Bureau to prevent this from happening to people in the future. On top of that the agent I spoke with Aiden was very pushy for me to leave a review and kept asking had I submitted it and was I writing it and to give 5 stars because he was “helpful” smh - should have looked at the reviews first. They said they refunded me so we shall see. Probably won’t be getting my money back from the looks of it

I booked a trip for my elderly mother-in-law and aunt and uncle. I made the reservation at night and the next day I received a call and email that the reservation was on hold and the price went up. Kinda BS to me. I booked tickets for myself and kids on the same flight from a different website and didn't have any issues. Would not book through this site again. The lady on the phone was nice. Update: The confirmation number is ABOWMA
