SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! My flight was delayed & when I arrived at my destination, my rental car company was closed leaving me stranded all night at the airport. I "thought" this company was affiliated with my rental car company, so I called to get help with my reservation. They made the modification & charged my credit card. When my rental agency opened the next morning, they said no modification had been made. I showed them my "confirmation email". They told me this company wasn't even associated with them. I filed a dispute with my bank & called this company back today. They told me "it was a mistake & they'll refund my money". I'm thinking it's a scam company & will be canceling my credit card since this fraudulent business now has my financial information.

This is a scam site. They manipulate google search results to phish people into believing they are booking thru booking.com or other travel agencies. They even send you confirmation that pretends to be from booking.com. I paid for a room upgrade thinking i called booking.com. When i went to the hotel in Italy they had no record of the room upgrade. I was stuck with two rooms without a family room upgrade (with two toddlers). I called travelouts.com. They will give you some type of excuse (room upgrade is not guaranteed, we will refund the money within 7-10 business days, etc.).

the are scamer they want charge me $52 cancel fee i make update to pick up car with them as they are work with hertz rental car then when i call customer service hertz car to confirmation the update i figure no update happen i call them back to cancel what they do they charge me $52 cancel fee

WARNING!! TRAVELOUTS through BOOKING.COM 1(888) 850-3958 is a SCAM. When Google searching Booking.com customer service, the number given is that of a FRAUDULANT SCAM now using the name Travelouts that went out of business. They imitate a travel/rental booking company and will charge your card and subsequently cancel your reservation. You will find yourself without a legitimate confirmation number. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS. IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM TO RESOLVE.

DO NOT do business with these CROOKS. I order a car for my Disney trip which is in a few months. I pay the down payment, when i go to pay the remainder I'm told that the deal I got was too good and so the car I ordered is not available for the days I ordered it for unless I paid another $800 on top of the $700 i still owed and the $500 i made as a down payment. So I cancel, and up until this very day I still have not received a refund of my $500 deposit and it has been MONTHS. I had to report this FRAUDULENT COMPANY to my credit card so I can get my money back.

Scam! Stay away! I have contacted them by mistake to make a claim about booking.com. The agent pretended to be a booking.com agent, which he confirm to me several times, he asked me the booking reference what he used to pull my detail from booking website and then commented me that the property accepted a 50% refund but I needed to pay about 25% for a cancellation fee. He then sent me an email from a travelouts email address (which I obviously spotted later) asking me to knowledge the email. They then charged me that amount from my credit card straight away with the promise of send me the 50% refund within 15 working days. Booking.com then confirm they were not aware anything like that so: TRAVELOUTS, TRAVEL OUTS, HOTEL BOOKINGS or whatever the name of them is are doing fraudulent transactions which was reported to my Bank and is now under a dispute. I hope this helps to avoid this hassle to other people! Thanks

I booked a ticket online with these peoples website, travelouts.com after researching flights and found they had the best available flight. However after a couple hours I got a phone call and the dude said all tickets were sold out for the flight I booked and they could “help” me find another the options they ended up offering was a flight with a 6hr layover( the original flight was nonstop) and to boot it was $250 more. The dude on the phone insisted I would not find a better option and told me I would definitely have to cancel my trip. I went back online and in 10 minutes a got a better option. It’s funny when the dude told me I would have to cancel my trip because it would be too expensive for me to travel and kept insisting his offer was the best in the world because “he got it directly from the airline” Thanks for wasting my time. If you can’t fulfill the offer on your website I consider this a scam.

SCAMMERS!!! Booked online for flight for $609 and received confirmation. I received an email 1-hour later with typos indicating the following message. I called their 800 number.. it doesn't work. Called another number and talked to someone that says that someone will call me back tomorrow because they left for the day! "we regret to inform you that the same Basic Economy fare is no longer available. However, if you would like to book the same flights we canBook it in Economy Main Cabin (1Personalitem+1Carryon+Changable Ticket)--------- Please note the Total Amount to be charged for booking is USD $739.50 as the payment will appear on Merchant terminal Travelouts for $70.00(Taxes+ Fee) and Delta AIrline for $669.50 (Base fare) _, The total amount will be the same as mentioned below) From Card Ending with***. Please go through the below updated itinerary along with the total price as discussed and if everything seems ok, please reply to this email by typing:-" "I authorize merchant terminal Travelouts to charge an amount of USD $739.50 and issue the ticket. I immediately called my bank to see if money was taking out. Thank GOD they did not take any money out AND canceled card right away.
