My telephonic travel experience
In a frustrating era of Customer NON-service, Travelouts was a refreshing exception, particularly because of David Wilson. Rather than having to jump through robotic telephone prompts, I talked with a real and empathetic person, who (to borrow from Dave), "Indeed, I am doing my best." Well, yes he did.
