Both the representatives I spoke with were very nice and helpful. I wanted to book my reservation with the company but I also wanted to make sure the booking doesn't run into any possible difficulties so I didn't this time. I'd like to use this company possibly again and perhaps they will also able to provide a confirmation itinerary booking instantly after paying. I would give this a 5 star review but perhaps few things could be modified for more customer experience. Waiting 4 hours for the confirmation is a bit difficult to wait when planning traveling details. However, both representatives were very nice, helpful and I appreciated you could call and speak to someone right away.

Alan was very helpful and made sure to call me back. He called me to inform me that my tickets were on hold and that the prices went up. I confirmed the change and he sent me follow up emails. He was a great help through this process.

Well the communication with the guy who called me was very nice but the change in the cost of fare was not and even worse is that it took one day to tell me so and 3 Emails
