I am called to write this review based on the superb and beyond compassionate service I received from Hotel.com's travel agent EMMETT ARCHER. Due to my wife's illness I was forced to reschedule twice our anniversary trip to Mexico. The hotel informed me that a reschedule and or a refund was absolutely not possible. I called Hotel.com and after explaining my situation, this agent could not have been kinder or more sensitive to my situation. Bottom-line, he personally spoke with the hotel and had them agree to a full refund and reschedule date. I run a major business in NYC where customer service is one of the most critical aspects of business, so I can not express enough how much I appreciate the support I was given. Robert S Brenner
