Travel OutlookReviews of traveloutlook.com

This company is full of liars and unethical people. It's definitely not worth availing the services offered by this company because you will just be disappointed by its awful services. The manaement is also horrible and useless as it failed to resolve my problems multiple times. I'd avoid this company if I want a good quality service.

The lack of proper leadership in this company is preventing the growth and development of every employee. We are always unsupported and unguided because the management is a failure when it comes to leading people. There is definitely room for growth here, but there is no one to facilitate that growth.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING A TRIP, DON'T TRUST THE TRAVEL OUTLOOK. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST AND TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. FROM THE MOMENT SOMEONE PICKED UP MY CALL, I KNEW THIS PERSON HAD POOR TRAINING. This person didn't know anything about the job, and it was visible. I tolerated it all because I was in a hurry. But the limit was crossed when this person cut the call. It was horrible. THE NEXT CALL I PLACED, THE PERSON ON THE OTHERS SIDE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND ASKED AWFUL QUESTIONS. OVERALL, AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL RESERVATION EXPERIENCE.

Their team was so disorganized and weren't properly trained for the job. This guy I talked to didn't know where to search for the information and was mumbling over the phone I could barely understand him! The management should train better before letting them handle guests on their own.

THE RESERVATION AGENTS OF THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS. They lie blatantly about the bookings. The unethical person I talked to assured me he had booked a good room for me. But when I actually got to the hotel, it was a corner room with no good views. Also, the room was smaller than expected. WHEN I ESCALATED THE ISSUE TO THEIR MANAGEMENT , ONE OF THEIR AGENTS CALLED ME AND BECAME VERY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, AND EVEN VERBALLY ABUSIVE. THEY NEVER ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE. IT'S TERRIBLE. BEWARE! AVOID THEM!!!

Booked a weekend break to celebrate my partner's birthday. The booking was easy and simple enough, however, I believe companies are best judged on how they respond to problems/ issues, and in my case travel outlook is sadly lacking. Would never use them again.

There's a lack of freedom in this company's work environment. The managers micromanage the employees, and this doesn't help and only makes things less efficient. It's also demotivating when your managers check up on you every minute because you won't feel trusted enough. This also kills any form of creativity since you'll have people watching over your shoulders during every step of finishing your tasks.

I'd like to think that I was just unlucky to have talked to a very rude and unprofessional reservation specialist but working in the travel industry, one must know how to give great customer service. Unfortunately, they never knew it here. Aside from the rudeness, the process of booking was to slow for me. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and I don't recommend them.
