Dear Ms. Beth Feldman, We are sorry that the delay in receiving your ticket caused concern. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of anyone reading this review. Your reservation was being processed under a promotional fare through our supplier, and there was a delay in the ticketing process. We acknowledge that the delay was frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At the time you contacted us, your flight was still approximately 13 hours away from departure. Once we received your email, our team responded promptly and provided your Frontier Airlines ticket within approximately 30 minutes. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, we provided you with a complimentary carry-on bag valued at $55 USD and offered a $50 travel credit for the inconvenience. We understand that customers understandably want to have their travel documents in hand well before departure. However, the statement that you “never received” your ticket does not reflect what occurred after you contacted our team, as the ticket was provided to you promptly following your email. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization of TravelOHouse as a “scammer.” We are a legitimate travel agency, and we were available to assist you with your reservation and ticketing. We sincerely regret the frustration caused by the delay and appreciate your feedback. We will continue working to improve our ticketing and communication processes.
