Dear Ms. Beth Feldman, We are sorry that the delay in receiving your ticket caused concern. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of anyone reading this review. Your reservation was being processed under a promotional fare through our supplier, and there was a delay in the ticketing process. We acknowledge that the delay was frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At the time you contacted us, your flight was still approximately 13 hours away from departure. Once we received your email, our team responded promptly and provided your Frontier Airlines ticket within approximately 30 minutes. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, we provided you with a complimentary carry-on bag valued at $55 USD and offered a $50 travel credit for the inconvenience. We understand that customers understandably want to have their travel documents in hand well before departure. However, the statement that you “never received” your ticket does not reflect what occurred after you contacted our team, as the ticket was provided to you promptly following your email. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization of TravelOHouse as a “scammer.” We are a legitimate travel agency, and we were available to assist you with your reservation and ticketing. We sincerely regret the frustration caused by the delay and appreciate your feedback. We will continue working to improve our ticketing and communication processes. Kind regards, Team TravelOHouse LLC

Dear Tonja, We sincerely apologize for the frustration, stress, and anxiety you experienced with your booking. We understand how concerning it must have been to be waiting for your travel documents so close to departure, particularly after having to contact our team multiple times. We are especially sorry for the confusion regarding the departure airport and for the time it took to provide you with the correct boarding pass. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand why this experience was disappointing. We appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback. Your comments regarding the communication, document delivery, and handling of the situation are being taken seriously and will be reviewed internally with the team involved. At the same time, we are glad that our team was ultimately able to correct the airport information and provide the appropriate boarding pass before your departure. Nevertheless, we recognize that the resolution came far later than it should have, and we regret the unnecessary worry this caused you. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your booking in detail and address any outstanding concerns. Please contact our customer service team with your booking reference so we can investigate the matter further. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Team TravelOHouse
