I booked up and down ticket to india few months ago from travelogate They fooled me by just booking a non cancelled flight ticket and they just got me 1 piece of bag For that another bag i payed 200$ extra And the people who work in travelogate are arrogant and they wont do what we ask they just do what they know and simply say we can’t change . I strongly recommend not booking your flight with them . Worst service

Your ticket was booked on 10Sep24, and before booking, we always send a confirmation email to avoid any mistakes, and the same day we sent you an e-ticket. Your departure was on 10Dec24 and your return was on 10Jan25. In the confirmation email, it's mentioned 1Pc, and the same is mentioned on the E-Ticket. Also, we mentioned the ticket cancellation policy. Airlines always charge for excess baggage, and you have to pay the airlines directly. Airlines will not allow you to take a 2nd bag free of charge. Worst service and lots of miscommunication and totally unworthy working with Travelogate. Don't entertain such people. It's waste of time. Arrogant people and bad team work. Senario: i confirmed an itinerary with them and agreed to send the same in email. But after going thru email they totally changed the route on there own and malpracticed. Very bad service.

I was trying to book ticket for my parents to match with my friend itinerary from Chennai to Tampa and got to know Travelogue from my friend and I had a very great and trustful experience. Normally I don't book AirTicket with any of travel agencies as my friends had a worst experience in case is any cancellation or rescheduling. This time I also wanted give a attempt, a dedicated officer "Aman Bhanote" assigned for my booking consultation and he was assisting me from initial consulation to till booking seats for my special need (he himself spent the to talk to Airline to complete the pre-seat allocation with special need and completed all activity. Really he (Aman Bhanote) is an attentive person to hear you need very clearly. I wanted to appreciate him for this good work as he really thinks from Customer perspective to fulfill. Some travel agency officers focus only till you complete the business of booking but Aman Bhanote spent extract time to fulfill my few additional needs after booking then ticket and he made my mind peaceful. I can recommend this travel agency if anyone looking for booking AirTicket.
