I booked up and down ticket to india few months ago from travelogate They fooled me by just booking a non cancelled flight ticket and they just got me 1 piece of bag For that another bag i payed 200$ extra And the people who work in travelogate are arrogant and they wont do what we ask they just do what they know and simply say we can’t change . I strongly recommend not booking your flight with them . Worst service

Your ticket was booked on 10Sep24, and before booking, we always send a confirmation email to avoid any mistakes, and the same day we sent you an e-ticket. Your departure was on 10Dec24 and your return was on 10Jan25. In the confirmation email, it's mentioned 1Pc, and the same is mentioned on the E-Ticket. Also, we mentioned the ticket cancellation policy. Airlines always charge for excess baggage, and you have to pay the airlines directly. Airlines will not allow you to take a 2nd bag free of charge.
