JEC
I was upset when my initial reservation request was no longer available because this was the second time this had happened to me on Travelodaddy. Once a second reservation was made and paid for, it took almost three days to receive my airline confirmation #. However, the bright spot was Paul, the reservationist who assisted me. He was apologetic and helpful and went through the entire process with me. That is what saved my experience . Thank you, Paul

Attempted to change reservation for my 89 year old aunt and was informed there would be a $130 USD fee for the change. When I questioned the fee, I was told to call United customer service.
