Davis did a great job booking this flight. He was able to make sure our son was on the same flight as the rest of our family. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The experience was overall great!

I have to honestly say I was a little reluctant because the prices seemed too good to be true. I took the chance and I was very pleased that I did! The customer service rep Jason was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and addressed all my concerns I felt very comfortable with the transaction. Jason did everything he said he would do as far as returned calls and emails. I'm sending a few of my other friends to him.

I wasn’t sure when I first booked the fares on travelodaddy that they were legit. Turns out those fares were for standby tickets. I called the number and got on the phone with a lovely man named Lawson. He saved the day. Walked us through the entire process and issued us tickets within 24 hours main cabin for half the price that we would have paid on the website itself. Then he even helped me get my in laws the same ticket for our family vacation! He was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. All the things a company hopes to have in an employee and all the things a customer hopes to deal with during a big purchase like this. Cheers to Lawson!
