I had to wait a long time on hold to get my reservation, after I made it last night I was asked to call back and didn’t get my first choice.

Davis was nice but I was confused about the procedure to confirm the tickets. I think you should tell people to except a call in order to confirm. Thank you Davis for being so nice!

Any Walter was very patiently with me and interpreter. The communication is much longer than normal but she was understanding how we work. Got what I needed for our trip back east. I know not everyone is understanding as her. Especially when it comes to a deaf person who needs help.
