overall customer service rep was helpful to finalize tickets. I initially booked at a cheaper price than finalized as prices went up since it was over holiday weekend.

The prices were the best I have ever found. I will no longer use KAYAK and I'm a long time KAYAK fan. I made a small mistake on the last name and I sent an email and within a few hours I was contacted and it was corrected. Davis was attentive and clear in his communication. Thanks
