Travelner Insurance AgencyReviews of travelner.com

This company took my money to expedite a visa and then never got me the visa. They just kept saying it was "with the government". But I spoke with the government, the visa paperwork was never filed, and the company lied to me. They took my money, their faulty work delayed my trip, and they stopped answering my queries when I pointed this out to them. Do not use them!

I tried reaching out via phone, email, and WhatsApp, but got zero response for two days. To make matters worse, right after I placed my order, they sent an email claiming prices had changed and demanding more money! I had to block the charge on my credit card. Eventually, a flood of apologies and a full refund came through with the excuse of "technical issues," but the complete lack of communication at the start was alarming. Definitely wouldn't trust them again.

They are quick to sign you up and look for every excuse not to pay out. I had a claim that they denied paying. It was for an infection while staying abroad. When I appealed it they gave me so many excuses for not paying it. First, it was an exception, then I gave them proof that is didn't qualify as that. Then they gave another reason. This went on for months. Finally they just said that the codes used by the hospital is not correct and they won't pay it out unless the hospital changes it. When I checked with the hospital the codes were all correct for the treatment. In my opinion I would probably never use them again. If you do use them expect to only get pay-outs for major things if you are lucky. I should add that when you appeal they say they will get back to you after 120 days. They never do! After the 120 days, when I asked them about the appeal, they said they have no record of it!

Please avoid this company at all costs. They have a website called "indonesiaimmigration.org" and at the bottom of their website, they said they are powered by Travelner. I have overpaid for my visa, and learnt that they are scam. I sent them my documentation too, and they said it will be deleted from their system, but how can that even be trusted? I called them, no answer. Luckily, they do email back - but its not consistent. I went on Travelner website, to call them, and the number is out of service. I also emailed Travelner and the email bounced back. I wasted hours anxiety and stress I will be going to the police and filing a report to have something documented just in case it's just so awful Please don't make the same mistake I did I am even reading some reviews about them here, and they respond back saying they are "just a travel agency" this is not true... they have immigration visas they offer on other websites and they state they are powered by Travelner. I hope this helps someone

Avoid this agency at all costs. Do not about the insurance service with this agency but for issue visas, the dubai agency, sucks. Yesterday they charged me for an Indonesian visa six times its actual price. On their mobile site, they use multiple dark UX tactics—hiding the fees during the application process and charging you without any prior confirmation through your bank. By the time you notice their outrageous fees, it’s too late to dispute the payment. They also hide behind the excuse that once a visa is issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded. And while they claim to have “transparent fees,” they bury them in the website’s footer. I strongly advise against using this agency, at least for anything visa-related.

The way this company “Travelner Travel Agency LLC” does business is scam-like with deceptive marketing practices. They use another name “Tanzania Immigration Services” and they use a domain name and URL which makes you think its the tanzania government and the electronic form used to apply for the Tanzania entry visa does not show disclaimer that they are not the government but a travel agency . No where on the application form or payment page do they disclose that they are a travel agent and they charge twice as much ($214) as the Tanzania Government which charges $100 for the visa. They even take days longer to get approval. Don’t use them - they are a rip off. Use the legitimate Tanzanian government website

Dissatisfied with the services offered!!Needs improvement!!The staff took long time to respond

There was no customer service response by telephone, WhatsApp, or e-mail for two days. After completing my online purchase I even received an e-mail saying essentially, whoops, you owe us more money. Our prices have changed! I had to put a stop payment on my cc.
