Traveljoy gives me the opportunity to manage all my trips in one place, and manage my clients. It's really easy to build a trip, send a beautiful presentation that then turns into an itinerary, invoice the client, and set up automated emails, so I don't have to remember.

TravelJoy has been a godsend for my business! Once you enter the initial information, then TravelJoy uses that information to create whatever you need; forms, invoices, proposals, etc. If you're not using TravelJoy, then your business is missing out.

They listen to agents when we request new features or changes. As a Canadian agent, I have made a couple of simple requests, and they have adjusted their system to accommodate. I am looking forward to seeing what other improvements they make. Overall, TravelJoy has been great as a CRM for our new agency. It's an excellent all-in-one tool.
